Life After WWII: [as told by daughter Cheryl]
"After the war, my father returned to Williamson County, Texas. He became an
employee of the Lone Star Gas Company and married my mother on December 29,
1947. He remained with the gas company until he was forced to retire
because of his heart. He died February 19, 1984. My father was the 22nd
person to ever receive by-pass surgery at Baylor Medical Hospital in Dallas.
My parents had four children."
