Date of Birth:  October 27, 1918

Date of Death:  August 05, 1982

Dates Aboard the USS Inaugural:  12/30/44 - 10/20/45

December 1944 Rank:  Seaman 2nd class (see ranks section)

Life After WWII:  After the War, he returned to Arizona where he started his family.  He worked for the US Government.  The Marin's had three girls and one boy.

Shipmate Memories

Vincent "Mike" O'Connor - "Frank had a mustache and a dark complexion.  I recall seeing him shave with a single sided blade, which inspired me to get one for myself."
